I've been automating business processes for 11 years. First at Delivery Hero, where I managed global rider operations across 450,000+ couriers in 60+ countries as Senior Manager. Before that, I built fleet management from scratch at foodora.

What sets me apart from most AI consultants: I don't come from tech consulting. I come from operations. I know what it feels like when processes break at scale. I also know how to build them so they don't.
